OUR STORY
The SIPS Mobile Beverage Company is a custom mobile bar service for hire with a modern twist. We will arrive fully stocked with the bar accessories you need, along with the decor and service to provide your guests with signature experience at your next outdoor or indoor event.
We can provide our bar and prepare everything you need for up to 3 unique MOCKTAILS (Non-Alcohol) beverages; Or choose up to 2 Signature COCKTAILS.
We will also serve your Wine & Beer to let you enjoy your guest and we will handle the rest – from bar decor, cups, garnishes and more. We are passionate and it is our pleasure to serve you, and and most importantly a great event enjoyed by all – guests and the hosts.

We will arrive 1 hour prior to your event to set-up; Includes the following: 100ct. 9 oz. plastic cups, Bar Napkins, Stirrers, Garnish (Lemon, Lime & Cherries) and 1 juices of your choice: Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, or Cranberry Juice. We will provide you your shopping list and create your signature drink menu. Choose your drinks from our Signature Drink Menu

We will arrive 1.5 hours prior to your event to set-up; Includes the following: 9 oz. plastic cups, Bar Napkins, Stirrers, Garnish (Lemon, Lime & Cherries) and 1 juices of your choice: Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, or Cranberry Juice. We will provide you your shopping list and create your signature drink menu. Choose your His & Her drinks from our Signature Drink Menu.

OPEN BAR
We will arrive 1.5 hours prior to your event to set-up: include the following: 9 oz. plastic cups, Bar Napkins, Stirrers, Garnish (Lemon, Lime & Cherries) and 1 juices of your choice: Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, or Cranberry Juice. We will serve your Spirits, Beer, Wine, Soda, Tea and any other beverage you have on your menu. FYI: Spirits can be served as 1 oz SHOT, ON THE ROCKS, or SHAKEN or STIRRED with your selected Mixers. Suggested Bar mixers: Sprite, Coke, Cranberry Juice, Pineapple Juice, O. Juice.

Mimosa Bar
Our Mimosa bars are full of visual appeal and offers a variety of simplicity to cater to every guest. We will provide the complete table setting to include the following: Your choice of three (3) fruit nectars, four (4) fruit garnishes and your choice of one (1) non-alcoholic beverage (Sparkling Cider, Club Soda or Fresca) for guest who do not wish to indulge in champagne; Plastic Champagne flutes included.

Hydration Station
Self Serve station an excellent addition to all your events, offering your guest with any 2 or all of the following: Infused Water, Flavored Tea, and Lemonade. Allowing the guest to help themselves stay hydrated throughout the party. Offering several variations of flavors to customize the perfect beverage station for your theme. Varies Sizes Available: 1 gallon, 2 gallon and 3 gallon
If you would like a hostess to serve your guest, no worries, we can provide a hostess for your event for an additional flat rate fee of $150

Cocktail Workshop
The CW is a brand new way to enjoy drinks, Mixology style! We will provide you professional instructions and show you how to prepare, mix, and shake some cocktails for FUN! All supplies and everything you need to make the perfect drink is included. Our talented Mixologist will educate and guide you through the different kind of cocktails you’re learning how to make. In a relaxed and fun environment, or we can bring the CW to you. Join us for girls’ night out, birthday party, or just a fun night out with friends. At the end of the class we’ll send you home with recipes and a parting gift to continue your mixology skills. More information

**Limited Special Occasion Permit (Required for all EVENT Centers & Businesses) A limited special occasion permit authorizes the permittee to bring fortified wine and spirituous liquor onto the premises of a business, with the permission of the owner of that property, and to serve those alcoholic beverages to the permittee’s guests at a reception, wedding, party or other special occasion being held there. The permit may be issued to any individual other than the owner or possessor of the premises. An applicant for a limited special occasion permit shall have the written permission of the owner or possessor of the property on which the special occasion is to be held. Complete an Application for Limited Special Occasion Permit and submit with the $50 fee.
