• 2 weeks PREFERRED advance order

• 1/2 deposit due at the time order is placed

• Remaining balance due 5  days before pick up

• Delivery Fee: $10 (in the Triad Only)

• ID will be checked electronically at the time of pick up / delivery (no refund will be given if under age 21)

• Personalize Card available at request
